This is an all inclusive domestic epc cost and does not have VAT or travel and time added to it.

We are very flexible when it comes to arranging a time for the inspection to be done – just give a call or use the booking form on this site  to arrange suitable time and date.
The EPC will be emailed to you in PDF format which is convienient for onward transmission to your estate agent and also enables you to print extra copies as required. Should you require a paper copy to be posted to you there would be an extra fee of £5.00. The PDF is all inclusive.
